「ワタツミの息吹、深海より蘇る美」

この植木鉢は穴窯という古いスタイルの薪窯で三日三晩薪をくべ続けて焼き込みました。
ガスや電気の窯では出せない味わいがあります。
信楽原土の器表面に泥漿化した原土を塗り亀裂を入れた後、穴窯の火前で窯変する場所に置き、灰に埋まって焼成した。
表面は、まるでサンゴ礁の岩のような粗い質感を持ち、乳白、青灰、藻緑の色彩が交じり合い、硫黄のような黄褐色がアクセントとして散りばめられています。
まるで深海の熱泉を思わせる壮麗な景色を再現し、静けさと雄大さに満ちた深海の気配を放っています。
益子の雑木林に生える櫟、楢、樫、松、栗、杉、欅などを燃やし、その命をいただくことによって生まれました。
その中に新しい命を迎え入れるのを待っています。
二つと同じものがない唯一の品物です。


「海神之息，自深海甦醒的壯麗之美」

這個盆器是在傳統的柴窯——也就是古老的「穴窯」中，經過三天三夜薪火淬煉而成。
器皿所呈現的樣貌，是瓦斯窯或電窯所無法比擬的。
以信樂原土為原料，再將盆器表面塗覆用原土調製的泥漿後刻劃裂紋。
放入穴窯時，不僅放置於火前容易產生窯變的位置，還埋入灰燼之中燒製。
其表面呈現出如珊瑚礁岩般的粗糙質感，乳白、藍灰、藻綠色彩交融，並點綴著如硫磺般的薑黃色，彷彿重現了海底熱泉的壯麗景象，散發出沉穩而壯闊的氣息。
我們以生長在益子的雜木林中的櫟樹、橡樹、樫木、松樹、栗樹、杉木以及欅木作為柴薪，而它們生命也在火焰中轉化，以另外一種形式重生，靜靜地等待迎接新生命的到來。
這裡的所有盆器、器皿，都是無法複製、世間無二的獨特作品。


"The breath of the sea god, a majestic beauty reborn from the deep ocean"

This vessel was crafted in a traditional wood-fired kiln, specifically an ancient "anagama" kiln, through a process of stoking the flames continuously for three days and three nights.
The unique appearance of the piece is something that gas kilns or electric kilns cannot replicate.
Crafted from Shigaraki raw clay, the surface of the planter was coated with a liquefied slip of the same clay and engraved with cracks.
When placed in the anagama kiln, the piece was not only positioned near the firebox, where kiln transformations occur, but was also buried in ash during firing.
Its surface features a rough texture reminiscent of coral reef rocks, with colors blending milky white, bluish-gray, and algae green, accented by hints of sulfur-like amber yellow.
The piece evokes the majestic scenery of deep-sea hydrothermal vents, radiating a serene and profound sense of the deep ocean.
We used oak, chestnut, beech, pine, cypress, cedar, and zelkova trees, grown in the mixed forests of Mashiko, as firewood.
Their lives were transformed in the flames, reborn in another form.
Now, it quietly awaits the arrival of new life.
Each vessel here is a one-of-a-kind, irreplaceable work, unlike any other in the world.
